By shopping with Pretty Damage, you agree to the following terms.

Payment is collected at checkout. Select items are offered as pre-orders and are ordered based on customer selections. Pre-order turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks after the pre-order closes unless otherwise stated.

Please review your item, style, and size before placing your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted to our vendor or entered into production.

Colors and product details may vary slightly due to screen settings and production. Shipping and turnaround times are estimates and delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to the Pretty Damage Return and Refund Policy.
