Refund policy

All pre-order items are final sale.  Because pre-order items are ordered specifically based on customers orders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for pre-order items once the pre-order has closed.  Please review all sizes, colors, styles and school selections carefully before placing your order.  Pretty Damage is not responsible for incorrect sizes or options selected at checkout.  Pre-order turn around time is approximately 3-4 weeks.
